We ship all orders from the United Kingdom. Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Return
Email us at support@laraessentials.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return label and instructions within 24 hours.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange at no extra cost (subject to availability).
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — no return required.
