Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Lara Essentials, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we make the process of returning or exchanging items straightforward and hassle-free.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for return, items must meet the following conditions:

Unused and in original, pristine condition
In original packaging with all tags attached (where applicable)
No signs of wear, damage, or alteration
All original components and documentation included

How to Return an Item

Returning an item is simple:

Contact us at hello@laraessentials.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
We'll provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions
Pack the item securely and use the provided label to return it
Ship your return to us — we'll handle the rest

Refunds

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of your return
Refund Method: Refunds are credited to the original payment method
Timing: Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for funds to appear in your account

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange an item for another size, colour, or product of equal or greater value. Simply indicate your preference when you initiate your return, and we'll expedite the exchange process. Exchanges typically ship within 3-5 business days of receipt.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items showing signs of wear or use
Products without original packaging or tags
Custom or made-to-order items (unless faulty)
Underwear, swimwear, or fitness wear (for hygiene reasons)

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we'll replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
