At Lara Essentials, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping policy below.

UK Delivery

We offer the following delivery options for orders within the United Kingdom:

Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days — Free on orders over £50, otherwise £3.99

Express Delivery: 1-2 business days — £6.99

International Delivery

We ship to selected countries across Europe, North America, and Australasia. International delivery times vary by destination:

Europe: 5-10 business days — from £7.99

USA & Canada: 7-14 business days — from £9.99

Australia & New Zealand: 10-18 business days — from £12.99

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT may be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@laraessentials.co.uk.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. For orders marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will apply.
