At Lara Essentials, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@laraessentials.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: sale or clearance items, intimate apparel or swimwear (for hygiene reasons), items that have been worn, washed, or altered, and gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, please return your original item and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@laraessentials.co.uk with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@laraessentials.co.uk.
